organisation located in Tallin, with at least 5 years of
                                              experience in the role
                Methodology adopted online questionnaire
                                                  MAIN FINDINGS
Four individuals affirmed they have implemented innovative approaches, the answers of the
other two professionals taking part in the survey were negative. Among the innovations
experimented, there are: the integration of flipped classroom methodologies; the
implementation of a mentorship program pairs students with industry professionals; the
comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhances outreach efforts through an engaging
website, social media platforms etc; blended learning approach to integrate technology with
                traditional education.
The two interviewed that stated they didn’t experiment any innovation tool gave the following
motivations: the organisation they work for didn’t propose them any new approach; they were
not interest in experimenting; they thought it was too difficult to undertake any initiative.
However, both trainers claimed they would be happy to work with any proposal, if enough time,
support, resources, and relevance is provided at the same time.
The Managers of VET organisations stated they have encouraged the adoption of innovative
tools and methods through the organisation of seminars to present new digital tools and IT-
based technologies, but their implementation by teachers is on voluntary basis.
