experiences. Additionally, the "e-Estonia" initiative promotes the integration of digital tools and

Estonia's Education and Research Development Plan outlines priorities and actions to improve the
quality and effectiveness of education. Within this framework, funding opportunities are available for
projects that focus on innovative teaching methods, learner motivation, guidance, and outreach. These
projects aim to pilot new approaches, evaluate their impact, and disseminate best practices.
Estonia utilizes European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) to support education and training
initiatives, including those aimed at enhancing teaching and learning tools. Through ESIF, funding is
available for projects that promote innovation in education, improve access to educational resources,
and foster collaboration between educational institutions and stakeholders.
Furthermore, the National Innovation Fund provides financial support for projects that promote
innovation and entrepreneurship in various sectors, including education. Educators and educational
organizations can apply for funding to develop and implement new teaching, motivation, guidance,
and outreach tools that address specific needs and challenges within the education system.
