               “VET Metacognition Change Management Toolkit”

               The  present  document  is  the  Result  4  of  the  MET-VET  project:  “VET  Metacognition  Change
               Management Toolkit”. It is intended as a dynamic up-to date guide for VET trainers/teachers and
               managers  on  how  to  successfully  implement  the  MET-VET  environmental  metacognitive  strategy
               within their training organisation.  The “VET Metacognition Change Management Toolkit”, indeed,
               aims at:

                   ❖  Providing key resources to VET centres and their leaders and governance personnel to support
                      their  teachers  and  learners  to  make  a  sustainable  transition  to  the  integration  of
                      environmental metacognition within their existing VET learning environment
                   ❖  Supporting the smooth integration and successful implementation of project results (MET-VET
                      competence framework, MOOC and Digital Library) in European VET centres, facilitating the
                      adoption of these key tools
               The Toolkit is structured in five thematic sections, as reported in the following table:

                PART A:              This section provides:
                How VET centres      - an explanation of the concept of change management
                manage/successfully  - an overview of the successful experiences of integration and change
                implement            management in VET Institutions that have integrated metacognitive
                integration and      initiatives as part of a green and digital strategy is defined
                change               -  a  recollection  of  the  experiences  of  VET  teachers/trainers  and
                management           manager  on  metacognition,  green  skills  and  change  management
                                     coming from the field: gathered through interviews, surveys and focus
                                     groups carried out by the project partners
                PART B:              This section provides:
                Pan-European VET     - information on the role of VET Systems/Centres in green and digital
                mentoring and        transition
                professional
