MAIN FINDINGS
All respondents answered negatively to the question investigating about the existence of an
integration and change management strategy in their VET centres.
Only two of them, coming from different organizations, said that they didn’t adopt the strategy
but their organisations have noticed that the change management is needed and some early
communications regarding this subject are being initiated. Besides these two organisations,
there are no concrete plans for implementation of such strategy, but there is awareness about
necessity of doing it in the near future.
When asked about the motivation to the lack of such strategy, respondents agreed that there
is a lack of knowledge about the subject and lack of understanding about the benefits of
implementation (6 respondents), lack of time to implement it due to high volume of work (2
respondents), lack of resources (1 respondent) and complexity of the process of
implementation of such strategy which is in fact a multi-stage process (1 respondent).
Regarding the adoption of the tools developed within MET-VET project, the respondents
provided positive answers. They stated that any new tools and especially innovative tools
should be explored and used by the organisations.
They agreed that using the framework and training has a potential of causing the increase of
knowledge and skills. Two respondents especially liked the digital library which they saw a
good tool thanks to the possibility of writing and reading stories. Such active participation is
