On November 21-25, 2022 the partners of the MET-VET project got together in Heraklion (Greece) to learn from each other and exchange ideas. Within a five-day training, the participants delved into the notion of metacognition and explored how it relates to VET learning and “green” thinking, got acquainted with the tools to measure environmental metacognition, and discussed how ICT and digital learning may facilitate the acquisition or improvement of metacognitive skills in relation to sustainability. These insights should help the partners further elaborate innovative tools for VET students and teachers so that they can reflect on their behaviour and practices and make them more sustainable.
